2024 SCA BOARD OF DIRECTORS RECOMMENDATIONS!
Greetings to new readers and hello again to existing Bobbio Blog followers. The 2024 ballots are mailed March 22 and for me this election will conclude my two year journey advocating for responsible HOA governance. If you are not up to speed you can review the many blog posts on www.BobbioBlog.com.
As promised here are the 3 candidates if elected that will join with current minority board member Rick Ernest to form a new board majority that will be financially responsible and administratively focused to ensure that your homeowners’ rights are protected and respected. All three must be elected to guarantee change as it takes 4 votes. I will be working very hard on the ground game to get ballots cast from friends and neighbors and even those with whom I have had disagreements because this election is that important. We all have different financial means, social values, and daily life needs and desires. We need governance that provides sound financial management and equity and fairness in administrative decisions while respecting the rule of law.
These three candidates will deliver on that promise and vision.
JOHN MARSHALL – Retired business owner and entrepreneur. Very experienced. Protecting homeowners through sound management ,integrity and transparency are high on his list.
BEN LEIBSON – Current Real Estate Broker who recently lost his wife in an accident in Tokyo and is wrapping up her business and personal affairs overseas .That is why he did not attend the Meet and Greet. But he is committed to serving and will add to the ranks a currently working homeowner who is focused on maintaining value through sound management and accountability. His flyer is delayed but will be forthcoming.
FORREST QUINN – Former SCA Board Member, Treasurer and Finance Committee member. Very active and knowledgeable in SCA financial and administrative operations. A prudent and well reasoned advocate. Determined to respect and protect the rule of law and homeowners’ rights.
These three excellent and varied businessmen and homeowners are focused on returning SCA to competent administrative and financial management. Together with at least one currently serving board member they will form a new board majority that will be able to change a poor operation into an operation that best serves homeowners interests. With your help it begins today. Vote for all three.
Please join with me and countless numbers of homeowners that are not only going to vote for these three excellent board candidates but will be working with me on the ground game to get everyone they know to cast their ballots. We need your help. This is a must election to protect your interests.
We can do this. Prep your friends and neighbors to promptly vote after receiving the mailed March 22 ballot and get it back in via return mail or at the drop boxes at each center. We must elect these three to impact the necessary changes. Join the fight for better governance.
JOHN MARSHALL, BEN LEIBSON, and FORREST QUINN!
Elections matter!
Until next time….Robert
