The Board of Directors meeting agenda of September 28 had the board voting on the 2024 Budget which included the Main Reserves as well as the underlying communities. To their credit they voted NO against the Budget and Reserves consistent with their campaign pledges to act in the best interests of homeowners. They heard us. Their votes were in the minority( 5-2). But perhaps after the 2024 election they will be part of a new board majority that will clean up the mess the last couple boards have created.
