REBUTTAL TO NEXTDOOR MISINFORMATION!
| It was brought to my attention that NEXTDOOR has a post that totally misrepresents my interactions with Candidate Spencer Haneline. On March 27 after viewing and reading the Berman attacks on his blog I wrote Spencer the following email. It speaks for itself. Draw your own conclusions. The poster on NEXTDOOR clearly aligns herself with the Berman faction within our Community. Donna Griffith is a fine human being and has served the Community well but she represents more of the status quo and appears unwilling to make the big changes that are necessary to correct the financiaql irresponsibility. The Nextdoor author highly recommends Steve Anderson and while Mr. Anderson has meant well in his leadership role he really is not a businessman with good instincts. I have documented over and over again his failures in support of policies that have hurt homeowners financially while his goal was always to seek concensus. The documentation is on www.BobbioBlog.com. He did achieve consensus amongst his board majority. Check the record . 2 of the current board members voted NO on the 2024 Budget. That’s not consensus. It was a false and dishonest budget. I have written and documented that. So he really didn’t get consemsus. We got a bad budget. And NEXTDOOR readers are misled. So here is my email to Spencer. He never responded. If you are so inclined feel free to quote any of this on NEXTDOOR. I could not let it go unchalleneged with my readers. With 60% of the anticipated ballots cast the fight for the remaining hearts and minds( LOL!) is with all of you. We are fighting a dishonest “Status quo” element. Perhaps you can add some sunshine to their assertions as that will be the best disinfectant.Here is what I ermailed Spencer: “Spencer Well what you allowed Berman to present without the mitigating information from our conversation says something about your character. And it’s not good. What I did in contacting you was totally honest and forthright . You claim to be for accountability well you are accountable for misleading homeowners. 1. What I told you was that I was already committed to three candidates who were aligned to replace Clarkson and Seddon. They are the candidates not me and this was their agenda I supported. 1. I was already committed to Ben LEIBSON I told you and would honor that commitment as long as he was committed to staying in the race. My commitment was made before his wife died and before talking to you.You and Berman presented a distorted and wrongful view . Very dishonest. So sad to add you as another dishonest politician like Steve Anderson to Berman’s roster .2 .I explored with you to understand your positions and to see if you shared the three candidates’ agenda. You indicated that you leaned that way but needed to see for yourself. I told you I respected that and understood. Did you share with Berman your leanings or did you prostitute yourself for his support? Based on his written characterization in his endorsement and your misrepresentation in the interview it seems clear. Why you needed to make me the bad guy was so self serving and dishonest. I have said nothing but good stuff about you and your leanings. If Berman knew your leanings he probably wouldn’t have endorsed you or maybe he sees you as the lesser of the evils and and maybe he can work you. I am guessing you were either dishonest with him or distorted the truth. 3.I did say I could not support you as one of my endorsed candidates based on your needs because time was of the essence to trigger replacement of Clarkson and Seddon as soon as possible if a new board majority was selected. So I would be supporting the three who had already been in the Community long enough to have a very defined position. That was an honest exchange from me ,not any misdeed. You allowed it to be mischaracterized. You are accountable for being less than truthful. Fits right in with Berman’s M.O. I didn’t see your dishonesty coming. Frankly disappointing. 4.Berman has been called “The Smear Merchant” for years by many long before me and he has remained influential with elected board members he has supported after they are elected because he seeks that continuing power and influence. On the other hand I don’t. I am not a dissident as Berman smears and you support by your complicity. But that’s Berman and now you are tainted by his and your dishonesty and colluding with him. Let’s see if you want to correct the attempted character assassination by clarifying your statement on his blog in the comment section or will you mischaracterize this email or do nothing. I will correct the record after the election if you let it stand or double down as voters should remember your dishonesty should you get elected or choose to run again . 5.Your lack of integrity supporting “The Smear Merchant “in the dishonest mischaracterization of our conversation is noted. Too bad your political ambitions allowed you to join with a very dishonest man. You clearly were willingly played. Perhaps you played each other. Now isn’t that rich? The community needs change and the sooner the better.I am so disappointed by your actions. But I am glad to know what I discovered about you. After the election I probably will write about you on my blog. The difference is my readers ( over 2000) will get the truth.
