THE CASE FOR 100% FUNDING of MAIN RESERVES

Did you notice as the Restaurant was under construction and experienced delays as to completion that the finger was pointed at the City of Henderson and that management and the board were prone to make excuses and not accept any responsibility for their bad management?

Boards come and go and the last thing we need are underfunded reserves when they are needed. With 100% funding there are no excuses.

In the case of natural disasters like Hurricane’s named Hillary or an earthquake we could theoretically get hit hard. Do you trust your board and management to be adequately insured? How big are the deductibles? Even if we are properly insured did they choose the right company that will expeditiously pay claims? You know insurance company reputations. And perhaps a disaster could be so great no one could have anticipated that insurance companies might go broke or be impaired in making payments.

Stuff happens and homeowners ought to protect themselves as best they can by supporting candidates for the board that will move us closer to 100% Main Reserve funding not weaken the funding( 68% at end of 2024) that this current board majority is supporting.
